Alpha Hotel - Ostend

The hotel offered convenient access to local attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the area.

The room was not very clean, with leftover items indicating a lack of attention to detail in housekeeping.

Take advantage of nearby restaurants and bars. They offer great meal options at affordable prices.

We didn't have time, so that's why we would have stayed for longer. Truly enjoyed magnificent location, just next door to enough restaurants to choose from, Ostend, close to the Beach and main shopping area and Alpha. It also was in the centre of the town.

On arrival the reception guy was very friendly and helpful and I found the room clean and comfortable

There was no hot water in the shower in the morning.

The renovated aspect seemed fresh, and the overall design had modern touches that caught my eye.

Problems surfaced with the cleanliness of the room. I found leftover items in the shower and had to clean hair from the bed. It, especially with the distractions from those issues.

The staff were extremely unfriendly, didn't expect that coming.

Loved the comfortable mattress, made sleeping easy. The location impressed me, just a 3-5 minute walk to the sea. Unfortunately, I faced cleanliness issues. The room could've been cleaner with hair on the bed and leftover items found in the shower. A little troublesome when traveling with a child. The Wi-Fi connection was stable, so that was a plus. A mixed bag but still some enjoyable moments.

We were unable to use the Safe in our room as the staff were unable to open it to change the password, no staff around after midnight. and our sink in the bathroom was leaking and even though we reported this and nothing was done . Would not recommend this hotel.

Convenient check-in process made arrival easy.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was a persistent odor and dust on the surfaces. I discovered a dirty towel hidden under the bed, and it was really unsettling to think about what else might have been overlooked. The noise from outside and the hallway was also bothersome.

i wish the manager could have told us the car park we used was one of the squires and un benown to use are car was in paynded at the police station and cost 200 eroues to get back. do not park your car in the squire in oosted on wed night/thur mor and fri/ night /sat as it will be lifted by the police. at least 10 a week are being taken nice little earner for the council.

We tried the addictive cooking classes, which kicked off at 10:30 am and lasted about three hours. The modern design really caught our eye, and it was super convenient being close to local eateries. We loved the easy access to nearby attractions that offered amazing views and beautiful beaches.

Unfortunately, a friend had a frustrating experience when the owner was uncooperative over a late check-in, which dampened our group's overall excitement for the place.
